our approach

TAKTED approaches every client’s business as if it were our own. We put ourselves in our clients’ shoes, align our incentives with their objectives.

The right approach is necessary for the right outcome.

TAKTED approaches work by applying its technical knowledge and expertise to your project and your organization’s internal way of doing work. We know that in order to maximize the potential of success for your company we need to shape our expert advice in a way that applies to your way of doing business.

methodology

At TAKTED we work in takt development and use Agile methodology to provide transparency. As a TAKTED client you’ll have an one-to-one relationship and an access to your dedicated senior full-stack software engineer.

We use takt time to measure the time interval between the start of production of one software unit and the start of production of the next software unit when items are produced sequentially. The takt time is based on our customers demand and it excludes break times and any expected stoppage time (for example collect requirements, team brainstorming sessions, project management time etc.). Our engineers are PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certified and
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) to keep your project on time and on budget , so our clients do not need to hire managers to control and execute a project work.

Each takt consists of:
1 Product Owner (You)
1 TAKTED Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Over the years we’ve developed a process that has proven to result in happy clients and happy engineers.

The Weekly Takt
Takt happen every week from kickoff through release. Quick, 30 minute check ins where product owner and engineer align to ensure everyone knows what they are working on next takt. The focus of this meeting is to specify requirements an engineer will be working on for the next week then later deliver it as it is intended.

The Weekly Demo Takt
A demonstration of the work done on the software in the previous takt. A time where product owner have the opportunity to talk openly about the work done, identify positives and negatives, and build corrective action items to address any issues or enhance engineer efficiency.

The Closing/Release Takt
Formally transfer all deliverables to product owner. A chance to look at the takt from a higher level and see how the work is being completed against the timeline and budget.
